I was wondering if anyone on here as ever used Opti-Coat for paint correction and Ceramic coating? I have an appointment to have my car done next week and was wondering if you might have some kind of review on this company.
My detail shop uses Opti-Coat, they've done my C8, and my truck. I've been really happy with it. I had them do the wheels also and the reduction in brake dust sticking, and then how much easier they are to clean is worth it alone, the rest of the car is just a bonus. I'll do it to every new car I get without question.
The entire interior. In my case, I have the white seats with the 70th Anniversary package and really only wanted those protected. However, they did the rest of the interior too.
Great Video from Project Farm comparing Adam's, Nano Bond, Hybrid Solutions, Advanced Graphene, Cerakote, Chemical Guys, Topcoat F11Pro and Shine Armor:
I applied Gyeon on one of my cars and applied Adams Polishes Advanced Graphene Ceramic Coating on my second car. The Adams product gave the car surface a slicker finish and it was easier to apply. Stuff would slide off the hood of the car with the Adams finish. But with the Gyeon, not so. Both cars received the same paint correction before applying the ceramic coating:
- wash
- clay bar
- machine polish
- residue remover
