Here's what I see.
Best OnStar $31.99
Basic OnStar $23.99
and then the Basic Chev Remote App Support for $11.99
IMO, all not worth it. Put the money towards a Extended Warranty.
The only feature of value is the remote start for people that drive in extreme hot or cold weather and want to pre-temp their cars. NJ is not one of these.
