Check engine lite?
My wife's bosses 23 HTC threw a check engine lite
I extracted the following codes P0420. P2270 U1611
Care to comment ? Car runs normal 5000 miles !

I reset the lite figuring that if an O2 sensor or wiring failed, or cat failed, or intake leak the lite would comeback very soon as these thimgs dont fix them selves. The Bossman only had time to do 32 miles and 2 ignition cycles but no lite so far!
He did admit to inadvertently running the gas down to almost zero twice with the lite coming on with an almost empty tank
Could watery/ bad gas from the bottom of tank be a factor ?
