Default C8 Check Engine Light

Good afternoon!

Wanted to see if anyone has any additional information on an issue I'm having with a check engine light while I await my service appointment. While driving approx. 1 week ago, a check engine light appeared and I had OnStar run a diagnostic which resulted in the codes shown in the attached image. I could not find any posts online about these codes. The codes cleared after letting the car sit in the garage overnight, I assumed maybe this intense heat and humidity might have trigger a false reading. It has happened two more times since then and each time it clears itself overnight as the humidity/heat drop. Has anyone else had this happen? Is this something I should get checked out?

I doubt the heat and humidity have anything to do with it, more likely pressures in the trans that are building and then dropping when the car sits. There’s really no other alternative other than taking it in.

P27D8 is a rarely seen generic transmission code for high solenoid pressure - definitely worth a trip to the dealer. Fingers crossed for you!
