If you are referring to the rear diffuser screen in my picture below........ first of all it's Steel, not plastic. There are about 14 or 15 screws holding it in place. You can't access them without removing the rear bumper as the muffler is in the way.
I had my bumper off to replace my lower rear diffuser with a Carbon Fiber diffuser from AGM. I had to swap over my diffuser screen from my factory diffuser to the new Carbon Fiber AGM one.
