Default Squeak noise
I have a 2022 corvette that has a squeak that I hear when on rough roads or bumps. The corvette is the retractable hard top model. The squeak has been there since new , but seems to be getting louder - driving me nuts. No help from the dealer.

Im assuming this it with the top up? Retract the rear glass about 3/4 inch and see if it goes away

My thoughts exactly. The dealer (or you) can add a grease to the upper edge of the retractable glass that will cut that down. Unsightly but if you’re like me you’d rather that than the squeaking.

Yup Dielectric grease on the top edge of the window and then shut it. It also doesn't hurt to spread a fine coating on all the roof weather stripping.

That explains why my HTC came with a smear of goo along the top of the rear window…good to know

Thank you for your suggestions. The squeak is gone and so is my irritation when I drive my Vet - “Oh what a relief it is”!

Exactly GMs fix for engineering mistakes just smear some goo on it! Yes its a common issue and goo is GMs fix.
