C8 Now Totally Different
Picked up my car from service due to transmission issues.
Dealer reset computer, processed several updates, when back and forth with GM, and could not duplicate skipping.
However, a few things did change about my car.
(1) The V8 to V4 back to V8 shift is now imperceptible - I mean completely unnoticeable.
(2) My rearview mirror will now work in camera mode when the top is closed.
(3) The audio is noticeably better/fuller sounding on all settings.
(4)The car just feels faster.
(5) An annoying scratching/slipping sound that seemed to be coming from the rear differential is gone.
(6) The transmission skipping problem has not recurred.

When the top is closed on the HTC, the rear view mirror is supposed to be able to show a rear camera video feed to help with visibility. Mine never worked until receiving my car back.
