Default Black Trident Wheels
Does anyone know if the Black Trident wheels are forged from GM? If not, do these wheels get cracks?

If they are not noted anywhere as "Forged" I would seriously doubt they are.

I have Tridents on my 2020 (Spectra Gray, not black). There have not been issues with the Tridents cracking like the C7 Grand Sport/Z06 wheels did. GM strengthened the barrels on the C8 wheels vs the C7 wheels.

No problems with my Black Trident wheels. Haven't seen anyone complaining on the forum about them cracking.

No cracks, but I think the 2020 and 2021 trident wheels were affected by the porosity problem. But I'd guess that any wheels with the problem would have been replaced by now.
