Got my 22 C8 3 years ago today.
other than replacing the distorted windshield the car has been great!
seems to be a lot of nit picking lately but I’m extremely happy with the car.
my biggest complaint is all on me, wish I drove it more. 11k miles.
4.5 years left on my gmpp so I’m good for a while.
looking forward to what they do with the C9.
so much better with HRE’s!
Nice to hear some positive news. I have had mine only a year and 5500 miles. I really enjoy driving my C8.
Best wishes to all, especially those dealing with Hurricane-Helene.
Got mine in January now with 6800 miles and going in for my second warranty repair, the seatbelt retractors. The first was the center consol button. No real problems with the car so far. Has been a blast to drive. Can't wait to take some road trips. I generally drive my vettes 1,000 miles a month in addition to my other cars.

I'm right there with you OP. I also have a '22 at 2.5 years and 10.5k miles... other than streaking fogging headlamps replaced under warranty, no issues.
Yes.
Oil changed less than 3k and did the transmission flush and filter.
Oil around 2.5 years and I did the transmission fluid and filter change then.
My "plan" is to keep it for somewhere around the end of my gmpp and check out the C9.
2025 C8 Z06/7/E-Ray of the Year Finalist - Unmodified
3 years is a big accomplishment these days for vehicle ownership since most people like to change of cars sooner. I'll be lucky if I keep my cars 3 years or longer. Hopefully I can follow your footsteps. Glad you're enjoying your ownership.

Steve - congrats on the 3 year anniversary. Great that you are really enjoying the car. Best wishes going forward and hope you get many more trouble free miles of driving pleasure from the car.
Congrats with your car. I will be at 2 years of ownership next month. Taking it in for the free oil filter and trans filter service in a couple of weeks along with getting the recent software update done as well at that time. Mine has been excellent and have enjoyed every minute of driving it so far. The best Corvette for me by a long shot.

Oil around 2.5 years is too long. The maintenance schedule requires an annual change of engine oil & filter regardless of mileage. Looks like you replaced the DCT fluid at 2.5 years - not to be confused with the transmission "flush" when changing DCT filters.

Not paying attention.
The first oil change was the free one combined with the transmission flush and filter change. I made sure they did the flush, not just the filter.
Another oil change at the 2 year mark.
Then at about 2.5 years it was due for another oil change so I combined that with the full DCT fluid and filter change.
So I am now in an April annual oil change, and another DCT fluid change April 2027.

Sorry for my poor phrasing. I did not mean that you waited 2.5 years to change the oil, but your second oil change at 2.5 years is too long since one or both of those changes would have been after 12 months. If your first oil change was at 12 months, then your second was at 18, which is too long a gap. If the first was at 15 months [too long] and the second 15 months later [again too long] you are risking a denial of warranty by GM.

Same here. Picked my C8 October 2021. She's 3 years old, only 1 minor issues.
