Default EOS Boomerang Install Problem

Could someone who has complete this install please tell me how you corrected this gap. I have reached out to EOS, just working this from both ends.

Thanks,

Sadly aftermarket parts often fit worse than OEM parts. If these are OEM parts just covered with aftermarket film will then there you go.

That is one heck of a gap. Best of luck either getting it adjusted or getting a refund from the vendor.

It's not the gap that's the problem from what I'm seeing. It looks like the one side is sticking out much further than the other. I don't think there is any adjustment for that.

These are not overlays, but full replacement. Gap is fine. High/low is the problem. Seems like boomerang is to thin. EOS has offerd replacement, but I am concerned about the new parts being out of the same mold.

I saw EOSs side skirts at a show this weekend. There was a very visible seam in the middle where the front and rear part were glued or hot welded together. Looked terrible and the owner admitted it while we were talking about his car. He’s looking to change them. He will be replacing them with the ones I had on my C8. Extremely expensive ACS, but you get what you pay for. Stay away from EOS.

Yea, I agree. Had no idea when I ordered. I just hate to have overlays on the outside of the car.
