I have nothing but positive things to say about Wheelcraft. They refiinished my C7 wheels in all black. Their communication was spot on and they walked me through their factory because I just so happen to live 5 miles from them. Ed showed me the entire process and was very informative. The overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend. The finished product was a standout wherever I went.
I used them to replace the factory wheels on my 2024 Lexus ES 350 F Sport with identical wheels in Black Ice.
They shipped the wheels to my house vs the Discount Tire location I asked them to ship them to because of their error. I got a call from Ed - the owner - to notify me and he apologized profusely and was very professional.
When I took the wheels to have them mounted the tech at Discount Tire found one wheel had a slight bend in it but said it was safe to use until I could get a replacement. I got Ed on the phone while I was there and a replacement was there two days later.
They also give you FedEx return labels to use so as you have the wheels mounted you pack the wheels you are swapping in the boxes and Discount Tire shipped them back for me.
Wheel Craft doesn’t make you pay for their wheels until they are on your car and you are satisfied. I highly recommend them.

The tenor here suggests you have an issue? If you do, better to say what your problem is. No one can help you find a solution otherwise. If you don't, better to say your doing due diligence. Thinking about using them. So you don't misrepresent you intent.

I had issues with my order. It took a month to get my wheels. I’m scheduled to have them installed tomorrow at Discount Tire. Apparently they have had issues during production due to poor electrical power. They supposedly have it worked out now. I haven’t seen the wheels yet so I can’t comment on their quality. I was also not kept updated about any issues. I had to do the calling to find out what was going on. Ed apologized and said he would keep me updated but it didn’t happen that way. I initiated all the correspondence. I was about to cancel the deal when I got an email saying they were shipping. Right now not sure how I feel about the whole transaction.
On Thursday morning at Corvettes at Carlisle this year, I went to their tent to discuss swapping my wheels at the show. Ed, the owner explained he did not have what I wanted at the show. He made a call and the wheels were sent overnight and I had installed on Friday morning. Now that's service. The wheels are stunning and I continually get positive remarks and asked where I got them. A few weeks later, I called to ask a silly question about cleaning them. Ed answered the phone directly and answered my questions. IMO, they do service and quality like it should be.
I love the black PVD chrome.

bullmarket...I think I was there when you had those wheels installed. I was asking about the Chrome wheels and you pointed some out to me in the trailer. For everyon who sees the above photos, believe me they look a hell of a lot better in person !

Well I must not be living right. I went to get my wheels installed this morning and I ran into an issue. One of the front wheels has a small bend in it and the balance machine wants 10 oz. Of weight to balance. Called Wheelcraft and they said they would ship a replacement today. My saga continues……PS the wheels look great.

Sorry to read about your dilemma. Hopefully it'll be rectified soon and you will have the wheels and look you want.

Can they put 2 colors on the rim? Example, black in some areas and red in others?
I would suggest going to their website and looking at their gallery of their work mounted on vehicles. You’ll get a good idea of everything they can do.
