My Chevrolet dealer replaced my headlights today under warranty due to moisture getting in however they said that they do not pay for the PP that was on the headlights to be replaced. Has anyone else had the PPF reimbursement cost as part of the warranty replacement?
Any thoughts on getting GM to pay for the PPF on the headlights?
Thx

I’m going to have my headlights replaced under warranty in the spring because of the milky white drips inside the housing. I also have PPF on my headlights that the dealer will not be replacing. I’m taking the opportunity to have gradient tint PPF installed after it’s done. It’s clear at night but gets darker the brighter the sun is. I’ve always wanted dark tinted headlights but didn’t want to diminish the headlight brightness at night. This will be the best of both worlds. Since it not covered under warranty you may want to consider the upgrade.
