Q Pilot that came out great! That's why we put that PPF on in the first place.

UPDATE: I meant to post this when I did the work a few weeks ago. I ordered the Dr. Color Chip "Squirt 'n Squeegee" kit. I followed their instructions to the letter after I watched a few YouTube videos. I had to do all of the work laying on my back beside the car because this scratch was so low. I couldn't rub the black completely out but I was able to very carefully cut away almost all of the pieces of Xpel that were torn away from the paint. Then I applied the paint using the tools they provided. The suggestion for deep scratches - like this - was to put two coats on after the first one dried so it ended up being a two morning job because I applied it pretty thick and wanted it to dry. When I went out the second morning I could barely see the scratch the first coat did such a good job but I applied a second coat anyway because I could still see it and knew it would drive me crazy. When it dried - which was pretty quick - I was able to put their sealer coat on it. I waited until it dried and put another sealer coat on it because it smoothed out the pieces of Xpel I was afraid to cut away because I might get into the paint. I was out running errands in it yesterday and remembered that I had only looked at it with the light on my iPhone. It was very sunny out so I parked it in a lot so the sun was shining right on this front fender. I can't see it now at all. Good job Dr Color Chip!!!
