Plastic engine cover removal
Picked up a new C8 2 weeks ago and since I live in Michigan there won't be much driving time till late March. Since I am relegated to looking at it in the garage I had the thought of painting the plastic engine cover with some red wrinkle spray paint. My concern is that there seems to be fuel lines running around it. Is it easy enough to take it off. I don't want to screw anything up. Thanks for any help you can provide.

it comes off very easily, just look at how it’s bolted on , remove the fuel line clips from the front and it pops right off.

(4) 10mm bolts and one Christmas tree fastener. Gently pull the lines awat and the cover comes right off. DONT drop the bolts!

Sounds like it is easy enough to remove.

Magnet, LED, and bendable. Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it. Cheap fun.

When I had the full front PPF’d, I had the front debadged. I used that emblem with double sided tape. Those emblems are all over EBay for like 25 bucks
