It's a color you need to see in person not just a picture of. I like the subtle metallic in it. It really looks good in the sun.
I feel like that is having to explain a joke that no one got. If you’re explaining it, it doesn’t work. Anything making that color look good has more to do with the C8 styling than that paint color,
It’s popular right now. I get it. I’ve seen that on a few different cars. My neighbor has it on his Mercedes whatever SUV. Beautiful vehicle, hideous paint color.
More than anything, I don’t think that color will age well. I usually don’t keep my Corvettes for more than 3-4 years, so I guess beyond that who cares…I just don’t picture someone overbidding on a SWG Z06 at Barrett Jackson in 30 years.
Sea wolf gray with a red interior is one of my favorite color combos.
I originally wanted an accelerate yellow C8 with carbon flash accents… I still want one but I’ll wait until the C9 premieres.
In the mean time, the SWG with the full adrenaline red interior is stunning. It does look like a sportscar!!! It’s even better if you have torch red calipers

I am glad that they make different colors because I think the SWG with red interior still looks like a beached Navy destroyer. It just happen to be the one that a drunken sailor with a can of red paint got loose and painted the interior.

Hahahaha. That comment cracks me up. A colleague of mine was in the Navy and she said my cat reminded her of the destroyer she was stationed on.
But seriously, once you get up close on it on a sunny day you can see gold flake. It’s really a nice paint job.
