I successfully set up my memory stick with music and can play the music through the infotainment system. My problem is when driving the system limits my ability to scroll through my music library. Has anyone overcome this issue.
I could not find anything in the manual that pertains to this problem.

Doesn't sound like a problem to me since when driving you should not scroll through your music library

I look through my music at redlights. Same if I need to dial number. I would be annoying if those features weren't available and the OP didn't ask for judgment.

"Limits"? I don't have that many saved playlists, maybe 6 or 7. Spotify displays them for me (via Android Auto)

My response was not judgmental but based on the fact that many automobile operations do not work while driving. Your saying that the OP did not ask for judgment is judgmental - although I give you credit for being one of the few who spell the word correctly.

Such a bunch of BS, don't text-okay; don't scroll music-okay; don't adjust the temp -when it too will soon be on the screen along with everything else to distract a driver. I don't like the direction screen control seems to be going- hope I'm wrong.
All of my music is on a USB. 4G 180 songs 14 hours. I just let it play. I can drive for weeks without hearing the same song.
I don't need to search because those are all of my favorite songs.
Sometimes I just use the left button on the steering wheel to FF when a song comes on that I'm not into. I Keep it simple.

I've only listened to my C8 radio TWICE in 2 1/2 years and 12,000 miles of driving. I prefer to hear the engine and shift sounds.
However, on my DD car, I do use the Sirius XM app through my cell phone bluetooth. Only $5.43/month.

if you know what is in it think you can invoke what you want by asking car thru voice ? Know I can when using car play hope this helps
The C7 allowed scrolling through all folders and had a **** to make it easier. I do miss that.
I can't seem to find a solution on the C8. So if I'm taking a trip with long stretches on the highway, I decide ahead of time which playlists I want on that trip. Then I just edit the playlist names with 1 thru 9 as the first character, since it only allows to scroll through 9.

I just got my 2025 from a 2023, and I found this out too and was very irritated by this feature. I am also looking for a solution to this as I too would like to search for other music to play when I am in the car for long periods of time. Limiting what we can and cannot on the screen while the car is moving has gotten to a point where why don't they just remove ALL the buttons (Pause, Stop, Next, Previous, Repeat) while the car is moving.
