Where is the most affordable place to buy engine bay dress up items?

Thanks in advance - Was hoping to sell the car but all offers have been low balled.

Instead of spending more money on dress up items, why not hold out for another couple of months until spring hits and then try to sell the car? Cars like Corvettes generally see lower prices in the winter but tend to rebound once better weather comes around.

Hopefully you aren't one of the folks that paid the dealer ADM'S when you bought your car, if you did, you will be upside down trying to sell in this current market

I bought my 2020 exactly a year ago. Close to your build and same price as you are listing. I have a black interior and the standard black stripes, different wheels and black calipers but the rest looks the same. I did not do my homework very well. I bought just as C8 prices were tanking and didn't know. What was 71k a year ago is going for about 10k less right now. It really isn't a good time to buy used as the new ones are so heavily discounted.

Unfortunately, you are correct, but I bought mine at a much higher price. Even people would think they are smart are put in their place. It was very bad decision on my part.

At this point, I will just sit back and wait and hope someone wants a good deal.

Thanks for the comments.

I don’t see that at all.
With 10k discounts on new 24s and 25s being ordered at 10% off I see the market as getting worse. Factor in 25 being a short model year the 26s will be built and on the ground this summer values will get to get worse and circle the toilet. I’m already seeing 2020s in the high 50k range on lots now.
OP should get what he can or hold on to it bad days are coming for C8 values.
We didn’t even talk about ZR1 arriving and when it does it will tank SR and Z06 even more watch.
Prices are so low on new there is no point to buy a used Vette anymore that why I didn’t last year I went new.

It makes zero sense to put more money into a car you are already having issues selling for the price you want. That's just pissing more money away. Either keep the car and just enjoy it for the reasons you originally bought it or just lower the price to the point it sells (wait till Spring though) and chalk it up to the cost of owning a toy sports car. These things depreciate, they always have, always will and the C8 is no different. Good luck with your sale or if you decide to just keep it, enjoy the car, they are fantastic toys.

I agree 100%.

It really doesn't matter how much you paid for a car, it's value is only what the car can currently sell for and that seems to be dropping by the day.

there’s an old saying ‘don’t throw good money on top of bad’.

i don’t know if prices rise in the spring, but maybe the other members are more in tune to seasonal variations.
