This does not happen very often. My 2021 came with an AWE Touring exhaust and it is just too loud for me still. I was able to find an OEM unit to replace it in the next week or so. I painted the tips semi-gloss black to match the car. The AWE touring will be for sale after that. John

I’ve got a 69 427 with side pipes, 64 vert and 69z28 both with chambered exhaust. I’m craving louder on c8 but I’ll just get my fix from the old ones. I like loud but it’s not for everyone.

I successfully removed the AWE Touring exhaust and installed and OEM NPP Exhaust that I picked up locally for $60. I had to buy the electrical actuators from Ebay.
It took 9 hours total. It was difficult getting the OEM exhaust in; however no blood was let. I painted the tips semi-gloss black. The AWE Touring Exhaust is now for sale in the forum part sales area. John

Great opportunity to put on new tips, not just paint the GM!

Black tips look great - ordered mine from the factory that wy - love how they bland into the lower valance area.

Bradenton, eh? Need to go to my good friend ice cream shop over there in Cortez, right before the bridge - it's called Tyler's Gourmet Ice Cream - all homemade! When my car is done getting wrapped and coated and tinted - love to connect over your way - daughter and I love their banana splits!

I'm with you. Had way too many loud cars. Now I enjoy slipping thru the neighborhood really quiet. On open road, put it in track mode and let it rip, plenty loud for me.

wow, to each his own. I don’t like loud Exhausts either, but I find the AWE Touring Exhaust to be perfect. I don’t find it to be too loud at all. Iit’s a nice low rumble but not obnoxious around town. On the highway it’s nonexistent. I especially like it at idle.

Well, you will get a little windfall when you sell your aftermarket system!
