They were both stupid. Racing on a public road, and the Dodge guy pulling out without seeing three cars racing towards him. Stupid is as stupid does.

Street racing is dumb....... even dumber is street racing on brick surfaces. Assume dude has a lien on the car....... assume insurance will deny a claim. Ouch.
