Jack the car and put it on wheel cribs with a low profile floor jack.
Remove floor jack and slide a bottle jack/jack stand combo that I linked above under each lifting point.
Jack up car off wheel cribs, remove wheel cribs and then lock in jackstand/jack combo.
Or just by a set of quick jacks.
