Looks well done as expected..... I'm happy with half the HP honestly...where could you use this much like the Z1...on some track otherwise you are asking for it.

Soe drivers just want the bragging rights. One of my friends got a Z06 and I asked why he wanted all that performance since he no longer tracks his cars (and he is a very responsible street driver). He said he just had to have it.
I myself was torn when I evaluated Stingray or Z06. As I generally use the car as a daily driver and road tripper, I went with the Stingray. Man that flat plane crank is so sexy.
The Yenko name should be allowed to rest in peace in the muscle car world history
Street Legal Performance, or SLP, sold off their part business and Roush bought the assets. They tried to sell off the car business at the same time and renamed themselves as SVE, or Specialty Vehicle Engineering after a 2 year period. Never seen actual performance numbers to match the power claims, but somehow they continue...
They bought, around, or just before that time, the trademark for ZL1. GM missed it and arranged to get the tradename back for their own Camaro. SVE then bought the rights to YENKO, even though they had nothing to do with Don Yenkio's performance business from an earlier time. Kinda like Nikey in ChiTown... Name rights....
