I practice situational awareness, set the side mirrors the “right way”, and utilize my 2LT rear view camera.
That said, I still want to add blindspot mirrors. Which Utopicar model (Amazon) is most fitting - or your preference - for the C8? There’s at least six choices, but no guide to help select the appropriate one.

I think the mirrors work fine for lane changes. No issues there. Where I find the real blind spot happens when you back out of a parking spot with SUVs or trucks parked on both/either sides.
i’ve done the Sandyeggo's on both sides, I wouldn’t do it on the driver side again because the change is minimal but definitely I like it on the passenger side.

How would extra mirrors help in this situation?

Exactly. People are so conditioned to look down at a screen to back up instead of simply looking behind them. Amazing we were all able to back up for over 100 years without back up cameras.

I like that added mirror, similar to what I used on my C7s where the rear view thru the hatch was the worse in my 3 prior Vette Coupes. BUT the addition of the TV Center mirror with widest setting is the "Best Thing Since Sliced Bread" doing what I been since I stated driving in 1959! Instinctively looking in my center rear view mirror continually to see where cars are gming up fast from behind. That is what the SAE Tech paper in 1990 said was as least as important as knowing who wa on your rear fenders ! That paper defined the "right way to set side mirrors BUT also emphasis
in a page of text why watching and following cars from the center mirro to the door mirros was critical.
This graphic I modifed for the C* TV Mirror shows the issue. I find I don't need the small blind sport mirrors I did in my C7s!
But the one you post would be good.
I've found that this is probably the easiest way to eliminate all blind spots on both sides of the car. No need to turn your head to ether side since the mirrors completely cover the road on both sides of the car. And the rear view camera covers everything else.

thats why it is best to back into spots. use to be when someone saw you backing from a space they realized you could not see and waited. today they zoom by.
my company made it policy to back up any corporate into a spot and parking lot issues dropped dramitically.
