Anyone had the Collision Warning System come on and tell you it is not working? Tried going into settings and turning all tabs off and then turn them back on but that did not help. Any other suggestions?

I don't have the feature on my 2021. But your manual has some suggestions for when its not working. But......its not clear to me that these apply if you get a message saying its not working. What did the message say?
Here are manual suggestions:
"Cleaning the System
If the FCA system does not seem to operate
properly, this may correct the issue:
. Clean the outside of the windshield in
front of the rearview mirror.
. Clean the entire front of the vehicle.
. Clean the headlamps."

I have of course read the manual and the car is perfectly clean so no issues there. As I said, i also went into settings and turned everything off, drove the car and then turned all the tabs for the system back on to no avail. Going to dealer next week, just looking to see if anyone else had the issue and what the solution to it was. Could be a software issue.
Yes, anything that obscures the view of the front camera will do it. The only time I have seen it was when the sun was blinding my cameras.
So, you actually get a message when that happens then? What does the message say?
I think many believe that Forward Collision Alert relies on radar. But in fact, depending on the vehicle, the system can rely solely on a forward looking camera, or both a forward looking camera and a forward looking radar.

I fully understand how the system works and am getting the message: "Forward Collision System is not available". There is no issue with clean windshield or front cameras as all are very clean. Likely a software issue and going to dealer next week.

I know. You already said that in previous post. My added remarks and the link to how it works are for the interested reader. I'm still interested in what the message(s) say then the system does not work.
One thing you can try is what GM calls a Global Reset. Disconnect BOTH battery cables, touch the two cable ends together for a few seconds, then hook everything back up. You'll need to reindex the windows (the DIC even prompts you to do it), but won't lose anything else.
