I got a 2.6 in my 25 Z51 a few nights ago, I couldn't believe it! I wish I had the space to do a 1/4 mile run.
That’s great! I ran a 2.7 in my ‘24 Z51 HTC, which is over 100 pounds heavier than the coupe, and the conditions weren’t ideal—tires overinflated and not in PTM race mode. But it just hooked up, no tire chirping at start. All that low end torque makes for a violent launch. These C8s are beasts.
I haven't used the launch control yet. I got a 3.8 just by flooring t from a complete stop with no preparation. I have a non Z51 car. All I can say is things happen fast when you launch it.

2.7 is great for a HTC!! These cars have an insane launching control system!
PDR timer is (again) way off. If the 0-60 timer is tied to the PDR, you're showing times .3 or so quicker than actual. If you use a dragy or some sort of other timing tool, let us know.
