No updates
Have a 2022 HTC bought new in March of 2022 and to this day have not had a OTR update and yet the dealer says that all updates are current. What am I missing here? When I check the settings for updates the car says no updates.

Likely you've gotten the updates and just haven't noticed if the dealer is correct that you're up to date. The place in the setting to see all the installed updates is a little different than where you check for new updates. The Chevy App shows OTA update history. When the screen says “ Your vehicle is up to date “ click on the right arrow then click on view history on bottom of the screen. See if it shows any.

If your dealer said you are up to date, I wouldn't worry about it anymore
