I have an intermittent problem where the HVAC system cuts out and will only blow ambient air. At the same time, the frunk won’t open, except with the manual pull. The dealer has had it 3 times, and hasn’t resolved the problem. Last time there, everything worked, so they could not diagnose.

In 22 I rented a 2021 SR coupe (vetteless and needing a corvette to go to carlisle with) and the owner told me that he went through 2 AC compressors already when I asked if he had any issues as I was waiting for the Z06 to come out. Weird. That car had maybe 15k on it? It was a turo car.

it happened to me again a week ago, but my workaround corrected it. At my n3xt oil change I will report it again.

Reminds me of a joke....
Guy at a bar is so drunk that he pukes on himself.
He says slurring his words, "Oh geez, Oh man, I'm in so much trouble, My wife. My wife told me, Oh Oh, she said if it ever puked on myself again, Oh man.. Ooooh, What I am gonna? I'm in so much, Ooh"
Another guy at the bar says to him "Hey, do this. Put a $20 bill in your back pocket. Tell her some other guy stumbled into you, puked on ya and even gave you $20 to clean you suit"..
"Good idea.. I'll do it" So he puts a $20 bill in his pocket and heads for home.
When he opens the door his wife greets him and lays into him, cursing him out up one side and down the other but he says
"Hey, wait, it wasn't me it was some other guy who stumbled into me and puked. He even gave to $20 to clean my clothes"
She says "Ok if he gave you $20 lets see it" and reaches into his pants. She pulls out out $40!
She says "Hey I thought you said he gave you $20. There's $40 here" .. a
And he says.. "Oh yeah, he sh*t in my pants too".
