Man, I thought I was the only one with this problem. I rarely use the horn, but during my morning commute from the Valley to LA, I was on Sepulveda going westbound on a two‑lane stretch, and there was this guy swerving badly looked like he was falling asleep. I lightly pressed the horn, but it didn’t work; I had to press and hold it for a longer time before it finally sounded.
