While the configurator is not available yet, I tried to put the colors down using a competitor and this is what I came up with trying to mimic Roswell Green with orange brake calipers and Sky Cool and Medium Ash Gray with Habanero accents interior.

Im not made at the orange details on that car (or the one you want to order also). Beats ANOTHER black/black or red/tan C8 on the road.
Can you get black interior with habanero accents? I agree with previous posters that the ligher colored C8 seats look "dirty" with all of the perferations on them.
At the end of the day, it's YOUR money...go for it son!
Not sure if the habanero accents can be had with black seats.
My current car is a 70th Anniversary with black/white seats. I’ve put 28,000+ miles on it. A little cleaning from time to time and I find them easy to live with.
I say go for it! It's your Vette, and it should be built the way you want it, not built for the next guy.
There's nothing worse than a sea of similar spec vehicles. The market is flooded with Vettes that all look the same, so I've never bought into the thought that a car should be optioned with resale in mind.
Thank you for the feedback. Having not seen the color in person, it’s tough to imagine what it might look like.
I also don’t want to build something that when I show up to drive it home, I realize I made a mistake.
That might be the worst of it. The cost, and whether it sells in the future as a used car may be important. But not liking it every time you walk up to it, or sit in it---that would be hell. See if you can find a car with that/those colors on the interior. Do a little homework and find a car with it even if it's a couple hundred miles away. Think of it this way: hate it, or switch colors.
ACtually, it doesn't look bad to me. But you gotta pay for it, and live with it. See if you can find one with that color interior.

That's only the beginning, some colors tend to wear on people. They like them at first, and after a very short period of time they're saying "WTF was I thinking", and then it's too late. I have had this experience with demos over the years when I sold new cars. Some colors even surprised me. A bright vibrant yellow for example, always catches my eye, but I can't live with it. Odd ball teals and such are another. I would buy a Lime Rock green (color from 2014) I just like a real dark green metallic, but if you have to talk yourself into a color, you'll likely have regret.
If you're the type of guy to switch cars every two or three years, then yes, go more mainstream for resale value. If you hang onto your cars for 10+ years, then get what YOU want!
My 3rd C8 , got tired of the standard colors needed a change, my corvette club guys thought i was nuts when I ordered it now some like it others say its growing on them , I say Fk it YOLO
