For the coolant and brake fluid, it is not really about mileage, it is more about time. as stated above coolant, loses its anticorrosion capabilities, overtime, and brake fluid absorbs moisture with time. I would not wait for either

I had my 5 year maintenance done this week, 9/10. I had my annual oil change done (I supplied oil and filter), engine coolant replacement, Brake system flush/fill, rotate tires (right to left) & check pressure along with a host of other minor tasks completed. The total service was $601. Next year it's time for my second DCT drain 'n fill. Knock on wood, In the 5 years of ownership I have never been to the dealer for ANY problem. It's been rock solid from day 1.

I'm coming up on the 5 year mark in my 2020 LBR coupe. It looks like the brake and flush service is pretty important so I will schedule that next week. Trans flush and DCT will be done next year.

"brake and flush"? You later say DCT flush so what do you mean by "brake and flush"?

He's talking about the 5 year "brake system drain, flush and refill. Just had mine done last week along with the 5 year engine cooling system drain and refill.
