Besides my nav acting up on my 2020 new purchase, now it is telling me my phone is not connected anymore. No matter what I do I can not get it to hook up again.. Tried everything also with the sd mapping card reinserting. Still it is hit and miss when map will come up. Beginning to think gremlin's in info system.
I have had similar problems. I use an ear bud and sometimes it conflicts with the car and the car can't pick up the phone. I also found that on occasion you need to reboot your phone by turning off and on to reset it.

For $50 +/-, you can buy a Nav update SD card. Several sellers on eBay listing them. SD cards can fail. Is it worth $50? Minimum you also have the latest data update. Make sure you get the one for your model year. I think 2020-2022 are the same? I bought one on eBay for our Mazda CX5. It showed up in what appeared to be OEM packaging and worked perfectly.
Also could try the last gasp cache clearing procedure.
FFwd to the 1:44.30 mark and watch the video. This has worked for many members for a variety of difficult to diagnose problems.
You can reset the infotainment system by doing the following:
1. Idle the car and make sure it’s in park. 2. Hold down the “phone hang up button” for 10 seconds, the info system will go dark and come back up and reset. Its on the steering wheel right.
