Default CAT Bolt

Hello All;
How is the passenger side lower cat bolt removed? Can you give me the tools needed, extensions, universal etc. I have removed all of the heat shielding and struts but that one is tough.
I'll need a blood transfusion pretty soon!!

Thanks kromdom. I don't think I have the skill to remove the bumper. It took me 4 hours to get the two lower bolts out of the cats! And a blood transfusion!

I haven't done this (yet), but will be over the summer. I had planned to remove the panel(s) under the car to access the lower side of the cat vs. working my hand and arm through the wheel well. Is that not a viable plan?
