No it does not. Any dealer can enter a order and provide you a number. We've all heard horror stories of people being convinced they had a car but their dealer never recv'd an allocation and they wasted their time. Ask your dealer for your order status code number. If you're at 1100 that means nothing. Though with that number you can contact the GM Chatbot or Concierge to get future info. Who's your dealer so we can see what kind of ERay volumes they recv'd last year? Though if I was you, I would be purchasing my car in AC.
