There's just too many controls on the stock wheel to seriously consider something aftermarket. Changing up the shape of the wheel or the materials on it--sure. Even the airbag cover. But it's still the stock, 2-spoke.
I would suggest that if you have a specific idea for a look in mind, try to find a way to create that on the existing setup. Lots of people have swapped out the wheel for carbon fiber and/or the spoke trims for carbon fiber.
Most of the aftermarket steering wheels have you transfer over all the switches, buttons, electronics.....
I did a heated, custom made to my specs Carbon Fiber wheel done 4 years ago by APSIS. The carbon fiber buttons, and switch plates in CF were all from Jogon ....... on eBay.
I specified that I wanted Red Leather, a Red stripe embedded in the wheel / carbon fiber , black stitching, and the paddle shifters with a Red + and - at the top. Swapping over the electronics / switches was not difficult. Also specified that I wanted a HEATED wheel, which my 3LT car already had the wiring harness for from my stock wheel.
Final picture the day we early traded our 2020 Z51 in for our pending Eray......

I just had this one installed yesterday. They use factory wheels and customize them with various options on their list. I replaced the suede wheel with this one from Carbonadons.
