Does anyone know if I can uninstall the Google apps from a 2025 Stingray 2LT? I hate Google and don't want the constant pop-ups,

TIA

Popups? What popups? I haven seen one yet since buying the car in July. Granted I only use Android Auto when my phone connects to the car.

Ahhh I'm guessing you don't have a google acct.? Although it's interesting I don't remember putting my password into the car unless it picked it up from my phone. Hope you get it figured out.

Create a Google Account that is ONLY used in your Corvette. Before you create it, clear your cache and cookies and use a VPN. Then use something like Incognito mode or the duckduckgo browser. I did that for my Cadillac Lyriq that has the same Google Automotive OS.

Curious, why create a separate Google account?

I have a 2025 CT5 and as long as you have a gmail account on your phone, you won't have any popups in the infotainment system. It's actually a pretty cool feature. You can say "Hey Google" and ask pretty much any question or even say "Raise the temperature to 75" and you can watch the numbers change on your dash. You can change the fan speed and control other functions of the car. I also have a friend that hates Google. He believes that they are scraping all of your personal data and profiting from it. He is extremely paranoid that they are always listening and recording conversations and search queries. My advice was...if you aren't talking about criminal behavior or cheating on your wife or girlfriend...let them have it. lol

Because I don't want Google to associate anything to do with my vehicle to my other Google account. Their data collection/selling of my data is already far too invasive.

I have a google account, G MAIL, had it for years, don't use it for anything....its just sitting there until I used it for my vette. NOW I keep getting an e-mail that every time I get in the car that Chevrolet has attempted to access my account, lol however everything works and the little red light has stopped showing on the screen wanting my to complete my login. not a big deal....I just ignore it as its an acknowledgement that its ME.
