Default 2026 Interior

I picked up my new 2026 ZR1 this weekend. After owning a 2023 C8, 2024 Z06 and 2025 Z06. The new 2026 interior upgrade is refreshing. At first, I wasn’t sure but after this weekend I am sold. GM did a good job on the upgrade.

The only part I do not like about it is the new left side screen. Looks like an afterthought putting it there. They were like, "hey let's stick another screen there!"

Congrats on the new ride!

It's great that you like the refresh. After buying a new ZR1 it would have sucked if you were pining away for the lost great wall of buttons.

You must be very excited. Lets see some more pics!

Also can you snap a few of the Carbon Fiber display hood? I have it on my Z06 order...

I have to say that looks fantastic! I have not sat in one yet to compare to my 2025, but I do have 2 questions,
- I heard " the wall of buttons is gone", but it looks like the wall is still there. Is it the same height or did they lower it a bit?
- where is the mode selection dial relocated to? I have to admit, I can't find a more convenient place than where it was?

Look on the left between the cup holders.

It looks like they replaced a $20 **** with a $2 button.

Not exactly. It is a decent sequential switch or lever. Easier to use than the round ****. Slide your thumb or finger back & forth right next your hand.

What are the 3 buttons under the AC vent to the left of the steering wheel? I thought they moved the HUD controls to the screen, but is that what these are?

I don't have it but you may want to see a pic of the reflection in the windshield from in front of the driver. That 2" wide shiny band in front of it is bad enough.

Dash looks good, though I am OCD with cleanliness of the screens (fingerprints, etc) and this would be a little more work for me. No problem with the console EXCEPT the cup holders. They practically ruin an otherwise good design.

Agree I hate cup holders in sports cars. Not one but two for a big gulp. Guess I will put my phone in the hole 🤔
