I have a 2026 Stingray HTC on order and struggled with tracking order status. A previous post on this forum listed a phone number which I verified today (Saturday). A very pleasant lady answered immediately and looked up my order. I learned that the Corvette Concierge is available 9am to 11pm Monday through Saturday. She also provided me the web adress where I could register my order number to receive automatic updates when status code changes. when I first started tracking my order, the very nice lady I talked to gave me the same info....and I went to that address and even registered my address and name....HOWEVER....I NEVER got a single update via email. sure would have been nice though. fortunately for me I never believed them and continued relying on myself and just called them.

My salesman has called me each time my order status changed (3 times). This concierge bot always says the same thing regardless of how I ask for a status update. In my experience it's entirely useless.
