C8 Seat Removed Error
So I removed the passenger seat. Making room for my dog on a road trip, but seems like the driver side doesn't work if you remove the passenger seat?
Anyone else got experience with this in particular or removing the seat from this car in general?

The passenger seat has a weight trigger sensor to turn on and off the passenger airbag. Also, the seat itself has an airbag in it.
Removing the seat should trigger multiple warnings including an airbag fault and a weight sensor fault.

True, this is why you must unplug the battery before you unplugs any of the seat arness
