Almost done my bumper swap but one side is a little off. Can someone tell me how to use these to adjust? Or is this just how it's going to be with aftermarket? Bottom holds bumper to fender, top two are used for adjustment I'm told, but not quite sure what to do as it's my first aftermarket front bumper installation. Paragon Performance also notes that there are two T15s with grommets in the nose area that are used for alignment, but I don't think I will need to adjust anything up there as the front pieces snapped in pretty nicely... just need to change this angle to get the gap to be even and not slanted.
The rest of the bumper is aligned well, just this corner where it clips into the wheel arch is too far in.
Can you elaborate what is too far in? I thought maybe it was being clipped into the headlight incorrectly and removed the whole thing and put it back on, starting with the "bad" side. Turned out the same from what I can see.
Since I haven't been able to get ahold of Auto Addict in over 2 months since buying their hood and bumper from Paragon Performance, I emailed PP and they CC'd someone from Auto Addict. Hoping to get a response within 7 business days and a solution to this so my car can finally come off of the ramps/jack stands it has been on for 2 months and counting.
dont know if you will get it any better, aftermarket bumpers always tend to be a little off somewhere
Another user on this forum had the same issue, apparently. Never fixed it. So it's likely that it's an issue with the fascia itself.
My wrap shop also said this and also reassured me that it will be a lot less noticeable when everything is one color. As long as he can work with it, I'm prepared to accept this result but I just want a definitive answer from Auto Addict to be sure. I'm tempted to take it to the body shop and have them take a look as well, just to get a final opinion.
After our technicians reviewed the information provided, they advised the bumper is not properly installed. They mentioned the screws closer to the top of the bumper seem to be tightened more than needed, which is why the fitment is as is. They provided the picture attached to show how the bumper should sit flush aligned to the fenders, once it is properly installed. Let us know if you have any further questions, or if you'd like to schedule a call with one of our technicians, to get further assistance.
Thank you,

Yeah, those screws can be loose and almost completely backed out and it's still a tight fit, and the bottom is so tight it's stressing the nut it screws into... I don't think I'm going to get any answers from them. I think it's just a poorly made fascia.
