It's now time (five year mark) for my radiator flush & fluid change service. It looks to be an involved, complicated & messy process... on the Z51 package car there are three separate radiators plus all of their connecting pipes & hoses so I've decided to not attempt that adventure myself. I'm getting dealer quotes around $1,000 ~ $1,200. Any sage advice to share from you 2020 Corvette C8 owners who have had this radiator fluid service done or are considering it?

I did it by default when I added the V09 radiator mod. It's not especially hard. Messy, yes. The refill process can be eventfull when you're getting the air out of the system. Fill, crank, check, fill again, run, cool/burp system by cracking the overflow cap (carefully), repeat). It took 4 or 5 times doing this to get all the air out. If you have the time, it's worth saving a bunch of money by doing it yourself.

I was quoted $450 (CDN) for a Z51 coolant flush.

Good luck with the coolant change - quite the cost from the dealer to do the job.

My total for 5 year servicing at the dealer was about $1200. Brake Fluid Replacement, Coolant Replacement, Front Lift Fluid Replacement, Wiper Blades. Cabin Air Filter.

I know some can and will do many of these things themselves, but I hate working on cars. Since I have the $$$ to have it done, I'll gladly pay someone else to do the thing I don't want to do.
