Got mine as part of the order for the car so I can't speak to how effective they are on the C8, but I put factory ones on my NC Miata and they've made a huge difference.

Some say these, some say those, but anything is better than nothing. Put on some flaps.

I have had OEM splash guards on my '14 and although they look slight, they work well.

This was my first and only mod to my car. I almost got the optional splash guards from GM to be added by the dealer. But, after some research, I discovered that they are still not quite big enough to provide the needed protection. I bought carbon flash guards from EOS. I got them on Amazon in case I wanted to return them. I watched a few installation videos and it was super easy. They fit nicely and they work. If they start looking like crap after a year, I can just buy another set. I'm also thinking about adding the carbon flash Z06 style side skirts but I still like my Red Mist colored side skirts too. My next mod is probably new wheels and maybe low dust brake pads. I just don't like the black 20-spoke wheels on my car.

I did exactly the same, amazon and EOS. Very happy with them.
