WOW...where does the time go...gesh, 2021 and my C8 has been such a blast to drive and to tell SO many people how much fun this car really is.
Only 16,500 miles on it as i live in western NY and she's really a garage princess...but having said that, this car has been all smiles and thrills for these past 5 years.
I know everyone here for the most part loves their C8. Each time I take her out of winter storage it's like getting a new car ...again.
All the best to you old and new birthday C8's.

I couldn't stand having to put my Corvette in hibernation for the winter, another reason to be glad I live in TEXAS!
I may miss some driving days for wet or extremely cold weather, but not the whole winter!

When I took mine out of winter storage this year it was for the 49th time and it still felt like getting a new car.

It never gets old....

I also live in the North Country. Taking the car out after a long winter is a great feeling. I feel like a kid at X-mas time with a new toy. Happy driving to all!

Here, (Vancouver Canada) we have snow plows that push the snow to the side of the road so you can still drive.

I drive my C5 whenever I can here in Chicago suburbs. I’m the original owner, 93,000 miles on it. I’ve never driven it on snow, but have in extremely cold weather, salt covered roads, rain, wet roads, and it’s fine. The car has never melted, or rusted. Drive those C8’s whenever you can. I do believe when mine was new or the first 5-10 years of ownership, I never drove it in rain, snow, or wet roads. So, I get it, new car, garage kept. Now a 100,000 mile C5 that’s 22 years old and mint condition. I just drive it. I’m not selling it, hoping for a C8 parked next to my C5 in a few more years. I turn 50 in 3 years, that would be a nice birthday present. Glad you had 5 trouble free years, hopefully another 5 trouble free years.

Me too.....18k miles with smiles.....I managed a 10k mile road system in snow country for nearly 40 years in conjunction with the Forest Service, the Park Service the Federal Highway Administration the State Department of Transportation and a half dozen County Public Works Departments....I do not drive my sports cars in the winter....do your homework and find out what chemical ice melt will do to your car....what damage do chemical ice melt do to vehicles - Google Search

I feel you, I have a 2020 and no plans to buy another car any time soon.
