I believe the lemon laws that apply are those of the state where the car is purchased, not where the car is housed.

I think you dodged a bullet. If you buy a lemon law car and it continues will GM buy it back again? Or do you just end up with a double lemon car?

GM bought back my Eray after no lemon due to how long the repair took. The issue need the V8 replaced, which they did. So whomever purchased my eray, got a great deal since I did the grill guards and ppf'd the whole car, and it was only 5 months old. Figure out what needed to be done to it. I later purchased a Z06 with similar spec.
