Those are order process codes, "event status codes", each step of the order process has a code associated with it.
1100 is an order submitted, first step in the process, 3300 is the order waiting to be built.

1000 - Order on hold at the dealership.
1100 - Order placed at the dealership; preliminary order accepted (waiting for allocation).

2000-2500 - Order accepted by GM and sent to production.
3000-3400 - Production Control: Order accepted, scheduled (Target Production Week), and broadcast to assembly.
3800 - Vehicle produced, and VIN is assigned. [[url=https://www.coloradofans.com/threads/gm-order-status-codes.435276/]1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Shipping & Delivery Phase (4000s & 5000s)
