I have 250 miles on my C8, and when I shift in manual around 3000 - 3500 rpm, the tranny seems to be slipping a little. IOW, the transition to the next higher gear isn't instantaneous like it is in pure auto and lower rpm's. Reminds me of a regular clutch when it starts to die. Is this normal, and is anyone else seeing this?
doesn't sound like you have enough miles on it yet. Drive it aggressively then regular over and over when driving it's an adaptive trans. It will learn over time.
You havent even covered the break in period. The car is supposed to be running in reduced torque mode until then. Who knows how this mode affects other systems. I wouldn't pass judgement until you at least reach the 500 break in miles and the dash changes out of "break in" mode.
Sport mode in normal city driving conditions. No videos as of yet. Think I'll put some more miles on it and see if it goes away.
Sport mode in city sometimes can be a little confused imo when you are slow in 7 and can it.... It takes it a while to get 2 or 3. That's in auto... In manual I've never had any delay. Just keep driving and trying it hopefully it's just learning because it's new.
