Default Fuse Panel

How do you get to the fuse panel, the one that is between the seats ? Owners manual is no help

Pop off the silver top where the speaker is mounted with upward force. Disconnect the speaker wiring harness so you can put the top (silver) piece out of the way.

Then the center piece that sits below that can be pulled out directly towards the front of the car. I believe it's either four or six metal clips that hold it in place.

It does take a little force. Not really an easy access design.

Sorry I don't have any pics but I have done it once to get to a 12V source.

There's a 12V source under the glove compartment.

Yes I know. I tried that first but wasn’t able to figure out how to access the wire to the cigar lighter. I was able to remove the glove lid and access the fuse block behind it but getting to the cigar lighter wire proved impossible. Also, I wasn’t able to determine which circuit was switched on that fuse block using my DVM. Sorry.
