I want to drive my C8 Z51 HTC in the less that ideal weather. My thought is to order a set of aftermarket wheels which I will mount the all seasons to the factory tires and the factory summer tires on the after markets. I am not planning to drive in snow but some below freezing temps.
It seems like the 2LT version does not come equipped with TPMS sensors or does it ? Can the TPMS sensors be added ?

ALL vehicles sold in the US since 2008 must have TPMS - it's mandated. Electronic Stability Control (ESC) was mandated from 2014 forward. Back-up cameras are also mandated as of 2018. It would be great if they could mandate moving right to clear the passing lane...
One wonders how much additional weight, tech, and expense will continue to be required on cars because drivers are too lazy, or too distracted, to focus on the task at hand and how serious driving actually is. What ever happened to Darwin?
Also, assuming it's like the C7, if you swap wheels the car will recognize the new TPMS sensors automatically, the first time you drive after swapping wheels. No programming needed.

unnamed sources say Darwin was killed in a car accident while texting.
That's what I thought. I was messing around with the online build and when selecting the trident wheels it came up with a popup indicating TPMS sensors would be added. I now realize that it is because it is an accessory wheel and you would need sensors for it.
