Default bigger tires

I am currently interested in upping the tires size on my coming car. I want either 255 or 277 up front and pretty sure they will fit ok. Back I am looking for 325 but seems they don't exist in Michelin PS 4.
Next, was considering 335 but would have to change from 305/30/20 to 325/25/20. Does anyone know for some certainty if these sizes will work? I know the points made that the car was designed for the current set up and I get that. But my question still asks.

IIRC, rubbing issues occur on front tires larger than 245, but I could be wrong.

Front, Pilot Sport Cup 2, 265/35-19, on a 19 x 9.5 52mm wheel
Rear, Pilot Sport Cup 2, 325/30-20, on a 20 x 11.5 62mm wheel

Or the 255/35-19 should be okay on the OEM front wheel while the 325/30-20 should be okay on the OEM rear wheel.

Or put the 315/30-20 on the OEM rear wheel with a 5mm spacer and put a 255/35-19 on a BBS CI-R 19 x 9 48mm front wheel. That's the "put something on quick" setup which uses spec wheel widths for the tires.

But check the fitments with an application that uses actual tire section widths:

http://www.kbhscape.com/wheel.htm

Well, input wheel widths to check wheel clearance over the suspension arms but input tire section-widths to check inner and outer tire clearance.

Now if an all-season tire were needed or if a tire with greater than 200 treadwear were needed, then the 325/30-19 rear tire size would be necessary. Possibly match the 325/30-19 rear tire with a 275/35-18 front tire just because of tire diameters. But check the wheel clearance over the front brakes and over the suspension arms. One tire to consider is the Eagle F1 Supercar 3. Also, there is a 18 x 9 50mm front wheel in the Enkei GTC01RR but that may be too much outward wheel offset for the 275 tire. And actually an 18 x 9.5 wheel would be better for the 275 tire size.

If the car is going to be lowered, then lower the car first and then check the tire and wheel fitment measurements:

https://www.paragonperf.com/paragon-...hypercoil.html

Personally, I wouldn't lower more than 1/2" but would keep more bump suspension travel
.

i run 265/30/20 ps4 on front and 325/25/20 ps4 on rear right now. with the car lowered the front does rub a little a hard turns while braking. I also have race camber set as well which contributes to this.

Dane, much thanks
So, not to belabor the point and so I can clearly understand using above info.
What can I run front using stock C8 wheels? 19x8.5 front
20x11 rear? my goal was 275 front and 335 rear Note: I wanted 325 but they dont have them in 20/35/20

You still ask, but we still don't know why. Given that, though, I don't understand your question. Essentially, do you want to know the largest tire that will fit appropriately on the C8 wheel widths? Or, something else? The first can be checked at any number of online tire vendors sites who have charts readily available.

Largest recommended tire width on C8 OEM wheels is 255 front and 305 rear

I've got some Vossen Monoblocks @ 0.5 wider being produced and will be going wider in fronts to 255 and rears to 315, keeping the same profile as stock 35 front and 30 rear.

Anybody have the offset numbers for the wider tires/wheels?
If factory offset (52 front, 64 rear) is 200 set in from flush (verified by using 20mm spacers front and rear.
Then a wider tire by 20mm plus each (265 and 325) should in theory have reduced offset by 10mm correct?
That would center them and have them "flush".

There are published notes that say that a 20mm increase in outward wheel offset requires 3 degrees of negative camber and OEM tire sizes. Then 3 degrees of negative camber will probably not be reached without 1.25" lowering. However, 1.25" lowering should have an installation of double the OEM spring rates. Well for example, for the C6, the Penske shop offers autocross spring rates or road-race spring rates or track-day spring rates or street-performance spring rates and that's in order of stiffer to softer.

The correct numbers for an OEM setup with standard alignment is more like 10mm to 12mm more outward wheel offset to make the tires flush
.

So on the front size if the car wasn't lowered there wouldn't be a problem
