I ordered one from Home Depot and they delivered to my house. It was the SunJoe model. They make many different ones. I have one that is spec'd at 2200 psi if my memory is correct.
To clean the wheels of brake dust, I spray them with Simple Green and then power wash them. Does a decent job by getting ~95% of the brake dust off but you still need to wipe them down to get all the dust off.
I also sprayed them when they were clean with a ceramic coating. Probably not the best but it was cheap stuff. Seems to have done a decent job.
I have a gas powered power washer, I pre-soak with Brake Busters, I then rinse with power washer and I then do a foam bath with micro fiber rags all good
Had a Sunjo and lasted 15 months and my Subaru I have had over 6 yrs, just change oil annually and use alcohol free gas and this works perfect

I fully expect that the pressure washer will help - but even using a spray on wheel cleaner before hand - I expect that you will be using a bit of elbow grease to remove the brake dust.
I use a Sun Joe electric pressure washer for the most part. And get yourself a foam cannon - if you have the pressure washer out anyway - it will probably make washing multiple cars more fun.....
what's a good power washer to use to hook up to regular hose to remove brake dust? My Z51 has so much more brake dust then my old C7 non Z 51
Something to keep in mind when selecting a unit is if using a foam cannon as well, flow (GPM) is more important than outright pressure (PSI). Electric Power Washers in the 2000psi/1.75gpm range can usually handle most home tasks easily although as seen in the below video regarding cleaning wheels, something like the 1700ps/1.2gpm Karcher K1700 Cube can be sufficient w/ the proper low-flow orifice in the foam cannon.
Coating your wheels can help considerably w/ easy brake dust removal but with aggressive pads, a bit of manual agitation will still be needed.

smb33076 - what would probably be a "better solution" is to look into brake pads that generate significantly less dusting. The options for a C8 are still considerably limited (as opposed to say the options for a C6 or a C7), but the selection is getting better all the time.
If you do some searching on the C7 forum - brake dust is a common complaint with OEM pads, but there are plenty of reports of people changing to aftermarket pads and seeing DRAMATIC reductions in dusting.
