Well this is really more of a question about Brake pads on the C8.
I’ve been waiting for this one for about a year since I heard a rumor about it being built… a 3.9mi road course through rolling mtn hills 🥳
Along with some AR-1’s I wanted to change out the pads to something more aggressive and fade resistant. My experience with the C8 on track has been a bit meh. Although we sorted the balance out where I was very impressed the brake fade was a bit disappointing after one hard lap they would need cooling… and that’s on both tracks I’ve played on that were only about 1.5mi each.
Maybe G-Loc 10 or 12 or the Carbotech equivalents. I only have 6Kmi on the car so rotors are in great shape.
Anyone running something they are happy with on a sticky tire?
