PDR Dash Cam
Can the C8 PDR be set up to record as an automatic (no other intervention) dash-cam whenever driving the car?

No it can't is only powered when the car is powered on.

I have mine set to record everytime the car is running. Only issue is there is no rear cam as far as PDR. So for the front, yes it can be used as a dash cam. I've been looking for a small rear one for my HTC, but for a coupe it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes. I have mine set to start when ever I start the car. See manual for instructions.

There is no factory card, you have to add your own.
I use a PNY 64GB.
